1. Nature of Our Services

SkillsQuark provides digital-first offerings where resources, including mentorship slots, project task frameworks, and administrative verification, are allocated immediately upon registration. Therefore, most services follow a limited refund framework.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following specific cases:

  • Technical Errors: Duplicate or accidental payment for the same program due to a verified system glitch.
  • Failed Transactions: Payment deducted but enrollment not processed due to a confirmed technical error from SkillsQuark's side.
  • Program Cancellation: If a scheduled internship program is cancelled or suspended by SkillsQuark.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Internship or training materials have already been accessed or shared.
  • The intern has already started working on assigned tasks.
  • Certificates or performance reports have been generated or issued.
  • Change of mind after successful registration and resource allocation.
  • Dissatisfaction with performance evaluations or assessment results.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@skillsquark.com within 5 working days of the transaction. Your request must include:

  • Full Name & Registered Email
  • Transaction ID & Date of Payment
  • A clear description of the issue or reason for the request.

5. Review and Processing

All refund requests undergo a strict internal review. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment source. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
